Impromptu speech
My experience of my impromptu speech was very scary at first but once it was over it was fine. It was awkward when no one laughed at first and it made me feel a little insecure. Overall it was a very positive experience and it helped that other people agreed with my point.

A. African Americans could see an all-white school
as intimidating and racist.

Could be
said for other genders, people of different class

Makes the
student uncomfortable and they will avoid the school

to be done organically, need to use quotas and other forms of affirmative
action to even it out

How are we
going to help these people succeed? It is not enough to say “I want everyone to
be treated equally” Need to give these people a chance
